Refund Policy

Chai Community is responsible for troubleshooting all refunds are processed into the original payment method. A chai community application ’ s users can add money to their wallets at any time without any restrictions.

Your wallet refers to the amount of your add-ons and the rewards you receive through your purchases and paying bills. You can use this wallet amount for purchasing goods and services or paying bills from chai community associated restaurants, cafes, and stores, not only that The Chai Community application also gives you the option to withdraw this wallet amount even if you do not purchase or pay bills. It is refundable.

This Wallet amount will be given to you by Chai Community through your withdrawal request. Once the Chai Community accepted your request, the amount will be credited within 1 to 5 banking days.

The amount will be credited to the bank account that you specified through your Chai Community Application. If any emergency, you can change your bank account at any time by getting approval from the Chai Community, otherwise transactions take place in the registered bank account.

You can cancel the withdrawal request by contacting the respective mentioned on “ contact us ” before getting approval for the request. Once the approval is accepted by the Chai Community, there is no option to cancel the withdrawal request
